Corné Van Garderen installed his first Green roof on top of his dad’s garage when he was a young boy. His determination grew into a 120 acre a year green roof business all throughout Europe, and surrounding countries.
Sempervirens BV in Zeist (the Netherlands) was established in 1996. By now we have developed into the largest supplier of vegetation blankets for roofs, roof terraces, embankments, roundabouts, surface covering and sound barrier walls. With our team of 15 permanent employees we supply vegetation blankets from our own nursery to all parts of Europe. Since recently Sempervirens has opened a branch in Stevensburg Virginia where we started with 16 acres of outdoor production, and 1 acre of fully automated indoor production.
