Two buildings, one recognisable identity

The site consists of two almost identical commercial buildings. Both entrances feature the same living wall design, creating a cohesive architectural identity across the site. The green façades add depth and character while making the entrances instantly recognisable. Combined with timber, glass and steel, the lush planting creates a contemporary appearance that feels both modern and natural. The project demonstrates that living walls are not only a sustainable solution, but also a powerful architectural feature.

An entrance visitors won’t forget

One of the defining features of this project is the way the living walls have been integrated into the architecture. Rather than being applied as separate elements, the SemperGreenwalls frame each entrance with greenery, creating a welcoming arrival that naturally guides visitors into the building. Large, glazed façades ensure the living walls remain visible from multiple angles, while changing light conditions and reflections create a façade that evolves throughout the day.

Planting designed for the site’s orientation

Both façades face west. To ensure year-round performance, Sempergreen selected its Shade Green plant assortment, specifically developed for locations with limited direct sunlight.
Choosing the right plants for the right conditions creates a dense, healthy living wall with varied leaf textures and subtle seasonal colour changes, ensuring an attractive appearance throughout the year.

A seamless green experience indoors and out

The green experience continues once visitors step inside. They are welcomed by a large SemperGreenwall Indoor, creating a natural continuation of the story that begins outside. Rather than functioning as a separate interior feature, the living wall forms a seamless transition between exterior and interior spaces. It also creates an impressive focal point in the reception area, adding a calm, premium atmosphere to the office.
