Vertical Green Wall Welcomes at Heerema HQ

Since 2015, Heerema Marine Contractors’ headquarters in Leiden has featured a 9.5-meter-high SemperGreenwall Indoor. The lush vertical garden frames the company’s logo and creates a striking natural welcome in the entrance plaza, maintained through an advanced web-based irrigation system.

Since the installation in 2015, the new headquarters of Heerema Marine Contractors in the Dutch city of Leiden is the proud owner of a 9.5 meters high SemperGreenwall Indoor. This green eye-catcher is displayed in the eleven-meter plaza at the entrance of the restroom near the entrance. The vertical plant wall is a beautiful frame for the logo of Heerema.

What makes this installation even smarter is its technology. The SemperGreenwall is equipped with a web-based irrigation system that automatically regulates water and nutrients. This system can be monitored remotely in real time, ensuring the plants remain healthy and vibrant throughout the year while keeping maintenance to a minimum.
