Filterfleece

A filterfleece separates the drainage layer from the roof garden substrate in a green roof structure. It prevents small soil particles from filling the drainage layer, and so the water buffering function
of the drainage layer remains intact for longer.
 

Materials

The filterfleece is manufactured from polypropylene and is available in various grades, depending on the water permeability required.

Application

Filterfleece can be used on roofs with a pitch of up to 45 degrees.
