Constitution Square in Washington D.C. is een historisch gebouw met een nieuwe multifunctionele herbestemming. Het enorme gebouwcomplex bevat kantoren, winkels en woningen. Duurzaamheid heeft een grote rol gespeeld tijdens de transformatie. De daken zijn voorzien van Sedummixmatten van Sempergreen USA. De totale oppervlakte van de groene daken is 69.000 sq.ft. De installatie heeft plaatsgevonden in 2009.
