At a high-profile location near the Dutch city of Nijkerk, construction company Pleijsier Bouw and Borghese Real Estate have built their own office building of the future. The dynamic and transparent building is characterized by linear patterns with dynamic overhangs. The Indoor SemperGreenwall on the back wall at the central entrance covers 72 m2 and is a real eye-catcher. It literally brings nature inside. Immediately upon entering visitors will experience a natural and lively atmosphere. Moreover, the living wall emphasizes the sustainability of the building.

The striking office is one of the first buildings in the Netherlands that aims to be certified for WELL Gold. WELL is the internationally recognized premier standard for buildings that support and advance human health and wellness, in order to help people thrive. Attention to the well-being of building users is of paramount importance. A better working climate directly benefits employee performance. Important criteria include clean air and a comfortable working environment. The applied indoor SemperGreenwalls make a significant positive contribution to these criteria.

All applied SemperGreenwalls are equipped with an intelligent Plant Care System. This web-based driver ensures the correct amount of moisture and nutrients for the planting. The living walls are remotely monitored and adjusted when needed, ensuring that the walls remain green all year round. The 115m2 Outdoor SemperGreenwall is also equipped with frost protection for cold winter months.
