Royal Wilanów with green roof certified with BREEAM Very Good

The top class office building Royal Wilanów in Warsaw is certified with BREEAM International Very Good-certificate. On top of this 5-story, class A+ office building a 5000m2 green roof is installed using the top-quality Sempergreen Sedumix blankets.
Water retention and energy reduction with a Sedum roof
The Sempergreen green roof has contributed to this Very Good BREEAM rating. BREEAM assesses the environmental impact of a building by using criteria with regard to energy efficiency and water management. A green roof is known for its excellent water retention capacity. It also reduces the temperature inside a building, which leads to a reduction of energy costs for air conditioning.
The Sempergreen Sedum roof contributed to the BREEAM International Very Good rating.
